Every Saturday, at 2 pm, you can go on a 90 minute walking tour called Union Square: Crossroads of New York. The tour starts at the George Washington Statue in Union Square Park’s South Plaza, just a half a mile from the Chelsea OfficeLinks office location, and then leaves to explore the social and political history of the Union Square neighborhood through discussions of the people, history, architecture, and forces that have shaped this community. You’ll learn how Union Square got its name, see where the legendary Tiffany & Co. once stood, learn how to read the clock on “The Metronome” sculpture, and much more!
